Description

The Adcraft FW-1200WS Hi-Limit with Bracket is a temperature controller that is applied in commercial applications to avoid overheating by disconnecting the power to the element when it rises beyond a set point. It comes with a mounting bracket that fits into the inner assembly of the appliance making it well placed and attached to the control system of the warmer. This is installed as part of the thermal protection system of the unit and is used together with other controls to ensure stable operating conditions and prevent the internal components from being damaged by heat.

ADCRAFT:

FW-15 HI_LIMIT

Step1: Disconnect the appliance from power and allow the unit to cool completely.

Step2: Remove the access panel to locate the existing hi-limit thermostat.

Step3: Disconnect the wires from the old hi-limit and remove the mounting screws and bracket.

Step4: Position the new hi-limit with the bracket in the same location and secure it with screws.

Step5: Reconnect the electrical wires to the matching terminals.
