The Garland G0894-01 Thermostat is a temperature control device designed for commercial ovens, operating effectively within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F.  This is a 1" mounting stem, a 3/16 x 11 bulb, and a 42 capillary tube for accurate temperature measurement and control. This thermostat works through the use of a bulb that expands or contracts in relation to temperature to enable the right adjustments on the heating elements. Some advantages include an increase in the rate at which cooking is done and consistency of temperature regulation.
