Description

The Cecilware G246Q Fryer Heating Element 6kW transforms electrical energy into heat using internal resistance coils to heat frying oil. The element is powered by a 240V supply and produces a stable thermal output by conducting current through its resistive structure, allowing controlled heating of oil in fryer assemblies, and ensuring a uniform distribution of heat across the element surface when operating.
