Description

The Garland 1774001 Convection Oven Axial Fan 80mm circulates the air using a motor-driven axial blade assembly that pull the hot air and recirculates it throughout the oven cavity. The unit is designed to run on 230 V 50/60Hz and transforms electrical energy into rotary motion which keeps air flowing uniformly across heating area throughout the operating cycles and varies the rotation of the blades in response to the frequency input to maintain a constant distribution of air in the chamber. It is mounted in the convection oven rear housing assembly to aid internal air movement in the cooking process.
