The Garland Group 2432001 Griddle Electronic Thermostat DC Output regulates cooking surface temperature by monitoring heat levels and sending a direct current control signal to the heating system. This part controls the cooking surface temperature by measuring the amount of heat and transmitting a direct current control signal to the heating system. The electronic sensor measures the variations in temperature and modulates the output signal to keep the programmed setpoint. The thermostat is fitted in compatible griddle control panels and is wired to the temperature sensing probe and connected to the control circuit of the unit.
