Description

The Delfield 1701289 Door Gasket is a sealing component used on compatible appliances. It works by creating a close barrier between, the cabinet opening and the door to restrict the amount of air that passes through it. It is mounted on the door perimeter, and assists in keeping the internal conditions steady by lowering the temperature variation and water vapor penetration. Its position in the refrigeration system assists in maintaining, the coolness operation and the management of airflow. This gasket is normally changed when damage has been experienced to sealing capability, as proper door closure is an essential element in the provision of controlled storage conditions.
