The GILES 24257 Fryer Element Round 6000W 480 V EOF-20 is an electrical resistance heating element that is used to produce thermal energy in compatible commercial EOF-20 fryer systems. It is 480 V with a power rating of 6000W and has a round tubular design to ensure even distribution of heat in the fryer vessel. It is mounted in direct contact with the cooking medium where electrical power is converted to heat by resistive conduction to allow fast temperature increase and recuperation when loads change.
