The Garland GL1090500 Charbroiler Burner is a heat distribution component that has an inbuilt air shutter is used in compatible systems. Its cast iron burner is 21 inches in outside diameter and it is used to maintain a stable flame output by controlling the mixing of gases and air. It is placed in the burner assembly, and it assists in spreading the heat evenly on the cooking surface. The air shutter can be adjusted to enable proper combustion by adjusting the airflow. This burner is usually changed when servicing is done to ensure that the heat distribution is reinstated.
