The Globe U00712 Handle Assembly GPG10/GSG10 is a replacement component is to fit in the commercial kitchen equipment. It is a manual grip interface that is attached to the grill lid mechanism enabling the opening and closing to be controlled by a pivoting linkage system. It is placed on the front lid of GPG10/GSG10 on which the handle is mounted to the hinged door assembly. It fits the upper housing of the grill to provide smooth lid articulation when using it.
