Description

The Groen 010250 Thermostatic Steam Trap 1/2 is used to control the condensate discharge based on the temperature difference between steam, and condensed water in the steam line. The thermostatic element is opened to discharge condensate and closed when live steam gets to the trap to control steam flow. This element is fitted in the steam piping system of the compatible commercial steam kettles or cooking equipment. It works with the steam management system which is employed in order to take condensate out of the line. The trap is linked to threaded pipe fittings and lines of steam supply.
