Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-499488-00001 Thermostat is a precision temperature control component meant for use in commercial range appliances. Step1: Turn off gas and disconnect electrical supply.

Step2: Access the control panel to reach the thermostat.

Step3: Disconnect capillary tube and wiring connections.

Step4: Remove mounting bracket and old thermostat.

Step5: Install the new thermostat and secure it in place.

Step6: Reconnect lines, restore supply, and verify temperature control.
