The Master-Bilt 25-01355 Fan Guard Plastic is a protective cover that is used on evaporative cooling fans. It operates by wrapping around the fan blades so that they are not in contact with objects and the probability of the debris moving into the fan area is low and also lets the air pass freely. The guard attaches to the fan housing with mounting holes with equal centre-to-centre spacing of 6-7/8" holding it firmly in position over the 7-1/2" opening in the fan. It facilitates safer and more accurate performance by assisting in preserving an appropriate airflow and protecting internal parts of the machine by impact and blockage.
