The Blodgett 7855 Oven Gas Valve Handle and Screw is meant to offer manual control of the gas flow in any of the compatible systems. It is installed on the valve assembly and it is able to rotate smoothly without interfering with the internal valve alignment. The screw is used to fix the handle as the screw is firmly attached when making repeated adjustments. This component is normally changed in case the wear or any other form of damage restricts the control accuracy to allow the maintenance of the same level of gas control under the conditions of commercial kitchen operation.
