Step1: Disconnect grill power at the breaker.

Step2: Remove the grill plate or access panel to expose the heating element.

Step3: Disconnect electrical leads from the old element.

Step4: Remove retaining brackets and lift out the element.

Step5: Install the new 240V/4000W element, reconnect wiring, secure brackets, and test heating performance.
