Description

The Blodgett 3835 60" Heavy Duty Thermocouple is a high performance commercial pizza ovens, built to last and be accurate in temperature readings. This thermocouple is 20-30mV coaxial thermocouple with a thread size of 11/32"-32, which is efficient in handling heat in ovens like Blodgett 1048, 1060, 901, 911, 916, 931, 951, 961, 966, 981, and 999. Nickel plated design provides increased resistance to corrosion that makes this ideal in harsh environments of commercial kitchens. Accurate monitoring and holding of pizza’s and other baking items cooking temperatures enables consistent food quality thus increasing the pizza and other baking items baking efficiency.

Step1: Turn off the oven gas and power supply before starting installation.

Step2: Locate the existing thermocouple near the burner assembly.

Step3: Disconnect the wiring and remove the old thermocouple carefully.

Step4: Check the burner connection for dirt or corrosion and clean if needed.

Step5: Install the new thermocouple in the same position.

Step6: Reconnect wiring securely.

Step7: Restore gas and power supply.

Step8: Test for proper flame sensing and operation.
