Henny Penny HEN12102 Fryer Filter Paper 100-Case

The Henny Penny HEN12102 Fryer Filter Paper provides a disposable filtration medium for removing food particles and sediment from cooking oil in compatible fryers. The package contains 100 filter papers, defining the supplied quantity for fryer filtration use. Placed within the fryer filtration assembly, the paper forms a filtering surface through which used cooking oil passes during the filtering cycle. As oil moves through the paper, suspended food particles and residue are retained while the filtered oil continues through the system. The paper works with the filter pan, support screen, and associated oil circulation components to support the fryer’s oil filtration process.
