Description

The Henny Penny 14221 Conversion Kit 690 converts the LP gas to natural gas operation in the fryer within a commercial cooking system. The kit replaces the gas system components required for the fryer to use the different gas type. During installation the conversion components connect to the existing gas supply and burner assembly to regulate and deliver natural gas to the burner. The burner then uses the supplied gas for combustion and heat generation within the fryer. This kit is installed in 690 fryers when changing the equipment from LP gas service to natural gas operation.
