Description

The Henny Penny 68110 Holding Cabinet Sliding Glass Door Assembly HMR 105 is used to guide the door to move smoothly along the track in compatible foodservice equipment. It works by an inbuilt sliding system which allows access to the inside compartments, but keeps the enclosure intact when in use. This assembly is installed in the door area of HMR 105 DR units as a replacement part for worn or damaged parts on sliding doors. It is designed to be built in a similar configuration to the original equipment used in commercial kitchen applications and heated merchandising equipment.
