Description

The Henny Penny 79132-1 Pilot Burner/Ignitor is an ignition assembly mounted in compatible PFG-600 natural gas commercial pressure fryers. It supplies the pilot flame and generates the spark required to ignite the gas during the startup sequence. The assembly mounts adjacent to the burner and connects with the gas supply ignition module and flame-sensing components to establish and maintain pilot operation. It works with the electronic ignition system to provide controlled burner ignition and supports normal gas flow before the main burner is energized.
