The Frymaster 8073680 Fryer High Limit Thermostat Manual Reset 450°F is a replacement temperature control part that is used in a commercial or foodservice systems. The Thermostat monitors high temperatures of oil and stops heating to avoid overheating. It is fitted in the fryer tank and operates independently of the main thermostat and has to be manually reset after conditions have returned in to normal. This element is used as a secure control system of the fryer in commercial systems.
