Description

The Southbend 3738-7 High Level Probe is a sensing element designed to be used in compatible steam and water cooking to monitor in the system is used in commercial kitchen equipment. This is used to detect high level condition and provide signal to the control assembly to assist in controlling water management during operation. Typically used in steamer boilers and other foodservice equipment where liquid level monitoring is vital. In the appliance the probe ensure the operation and controls the system performance during commercial operation.
