The Keating 004341 Hi-Limit Thermostat with Insulation Sleeving is a temperature safety control component that is used in commercial fryers. It has a 1/4 x 4-inch bulb top and 30 30-inch connection, which measures the temperature of the oil and cuts off power when that gets hot, avoiding overcooking.
