Step 2: Identify the current hose routing and pinpoint the connection locations for the installation of the 7716‑2025 hose.
Step 3: Detach the old hose from the fittings by removing any clamps or securing hardware.
Step 4: Measure the replacement hose against the old one to confirm that the length and diameter are appropriate.
Step 5: Before attaching the new vinyl hose to the nipples or barbs, slide the hose clamps onto it.
Step 6: Firmly push the hose onto each connection to achieve a tight fit, avoiding any stretching.
Step 7: Securely tighten the hose clamps to prevent any leaks, being careful not to over-tighten.
Step 8: Check that the hose is free from twists, kinks, or contact with sharp edges that might lead to wear.
Step 9: Reconnect the power and briefly operate the machine to verify that the flow is correct and there are no leaks.
