Description

The Hoshizaki 2A0781-01 Evaporator FH1-SSB uses refrigerant to cool the inside by passing it through a series of coils to keep the temperature of the appliance at a steady low temperature. A fan circulates the cooled air all over the cabinet, making sure that all the items stored are exposed to the cold air. This evaporator is designed to be installed inside commercial reach-in refrigerator and can be installed in the refrigeration compartment of the refrigerator. It is connected to the existing refrigeration system to assist in the cooling process, and ensure the operation of the unit is maintained.
