SCOTSMAN:
Step1: Turn off power to the ice machine and unplug it for safety.
Step2: Remove the front panel to access the evaporator and sensor area.
Step3: Locate the existing ice thickness sensor near the evaporator plate.
Step4: Disconnect the wire harness and remove the mounting screw or clip.
Step5: Install the new sensor in the same position and reconnect wiring.
Step6: Restore power, replace the panel, and test proper ice production.
