The Middleby Marshall 42810-0114 Oven Ignition Module Kit with Adaptor is a commercial control system designed to be used in commercial systems. It controls the ignition cycle by regulating spark and flame detection to start the burner on startup. The module is installed in the system and it operates together with gas valves and sensors to maintain a better burner operation. It is applied in foodservice conditions in the maintenance or replacement of performance. Its contribution to the system is to regulate burner start which assists in maintaining uniform heating during cooking cycles.
