Description

The Imperial 36258 Fryer Crumb Screen 121/4-133/4 IFS-40 SF50-OP is a replacement filtration screen compatible with commercial-fryers. It is placed in the oil reservoir of the fryer, where it collects particles of food and debris that falling objects may cause in the course of cooking, to ensure that the oil is purer in between filtration sessions. The screen is installed slightly below the cooking basket, which is associated with the drain and filtration system of the fryer to assist in the effective elimination of solids. This crumb screen is widely used in professional kitchens, restaurants, and foodservice.
