The APW 69103-EGO Conveyor Toaster Infinite Switch with 4 Screw Holes, 6 terminals, a clip, and 15 A 240 V is a replacement control component for commercial conveyor toasters. It controls the amount of power delivered to the heating elements by changing electrical resistance to enable operators to change the amount of toast heat and the conveyor speed settings. This switch is used when there is maintenance or repair of restaurant kitchens, cafes and other foodservice conditions. In the toaster system, it is the user-selectable temperature control interface, which ensures the same toasting results throughout the operation.
