Description

The Garland 1008897 Infrared Burner Box with Ceramics works by producing high levels of infrared heat that uniformly spreads heat throughout the cooking surface to provide uniform baking and broiling. The ceramic parts can be used in radiant heating and provide direct and even energy transfer to the food. This burner box is made to fit into commercial ovens and is usually installed and to replace existing burners or improve the cooking performance. It is 19 inches by 5 inches, which means it can fit in any kitchen set up that requires accurate heat application.

Step1: Shut off the gas and disconnect the power supply.

Step2: Open the burner compartment panel.

Step3: Disconnect gas line and remove the old burner box.

Step4: Position the new burner box with ceramics aligned.

Step5: Secure fittings and reconnect the gas line.

Step6: Restore supply and test for proper ignition and flame.
