The Star Mfg 2K-Z18254 Inlet Elbow is a plumbing fitting that is applied in commercial coffee brewing equipment to direct incoming water at an angle of control. It joins the external water supply line to the internal tubing, regulates the flow, and also fits within the space limitations within the unit. It is fitted at the water entry point where a straight connection may not be. It will ensure that there is alignment and a continuous supply of water to heating and brewing systems. The inlet is used to ensure the uniform operation of the appliance and adequate internal plumbing setup by directing water.
