The Frymaster 8260929 Full Vat Frypot Insulation Kit HE that fits into the vat to minimize heat transfer and keep the internal temperature stable while it is in use in a commercial fryer system. It is designed to wrap around the entire vat assembly providing a protective barrier that facilitate even heat distribution and reduces energy loss during the heating process which assist to maintain a consistent temperature throughout the vat and prevent hot spots from forming. The kit is assembled around the frypot area in the fryer cabinet during assembly or service and assists to ensure proper alignment during maintenance procedure.
