Description

The Vollrath K154 Blade Assembly 3/16" is the basic cutting component providing a fixed interface to consistent slice thickness in commercial equipment. It is composed of a series of blades arranged in a certain structure and supported by a frame, which is consistent with the position of the part feed path in the cutter body. The material moves over the commercial blade surface, and each cutting edge cuts the material in turn, forming uniform sections with uniform spacing between them. The unit is locked into the structure to maintain control of the cutting plane and feed direction.
