Description

The Vollrath K156 Slicer Blade Assembly 1/4" is a mounted cutting module that sets an interval in the commercial cutter frame. It combines a series of aligned blade elements, which are held in a rigid support structure that controls the cutting position in relation to the part feed path. In operation, material is fed through the blade array, and each edge of the blade catches the material as it goes by, dividing it into even slices. This commercial blade unit is designed to enable the controlled mechanical separation of the blade unit in the slicing system to ensure consistent portioning.
