Description

The Cleveland KE50973 Kettle Faucet is a water flow controller in compatible commercial systems that are used in the cooking and preparation processes. This faucet regulates the outlet flow of liquid to the connection to aid in the measured filling and emptying processes. It is installed in the water control assembly of the kettle to ensure that it distributes the flow of water in a steady manner when it is in use and during cleaning. This faucet ensures that kettles are well organised and that they are able to perform consistently in commercial food preparation equipment systems.
