The Component Hardware Group KL50-Y002-FS Fan Knife Spray Valve Assembly is a pre-rinse assembly that regulates and directs a fan-shaped water stream of 1.15 GPM for rinsing dishes, cookware and food preparation equipment. It works by spraying water out of the spray head to aid in the removal of food residue during operations in the commercial kitchen. This assembly is mounted at the end of a compatible pre-rinse faucet hose and is the main water delivery assembly in the pre-rinse station. It is widely used in restaurants, commercial kitchens and other foodservice applications.
