The Southbend 1192520 Counterline Knob Assembly is a control interface part that fits on compatible cooking. It is attached to the control shaft and enables the operator to fine tune burner or temperature settings as the burner is running. The knob has a better positional and smooth rotation to give accurate control. Correct fit is used to make contact with the internal valve or control mechanism. Installation Steps
