The Southbend 1189754 Thermostat Knob with Pointer is a component that regulates the temperature of commercial broilers by setting the internal thermostat mechanism to an operator-preferred level. The inbuilt pointer indicates the adjustment made clearly so that the temperature markings are accurately aligned. This silver knob is 15/16 inches in diameter and can be fitted and which the temperature needs to be adjusted. It is small in size and simple in design, and can be fitted into the front control panel of the equipment.
