The Frymaster 8102035 Fryer Thermostat Knob is a temperature control part that is placed on the compatible Centigrade calibration. It enables the operator to operate the fryer thermostat by rotational input which is converted to the internal temperature control mechanism. It is mounted on the fryer control panel and contains clear reference markings to help it to select the correct temperature when it is operating. The presence in the fryer system is essential to ensure that the oil temperature remains constant and promotes the right cooking conditions.
