The Star Mfg 2R-Y7690 Pointer Knob is a 2-inch round knob that is used to tune the operating settings on the compatible food warmers. It is connected to the control shaft, where it enables the control of the levels of heat during holding and serving. The design of the pointer gives an easy indication of a control panel, which is helpful in selecting temperature. This knob is usually changed when performing maintenance so that the user can have it operating again and to ensure that the warmer is operating properly in its temperature control system.
