The Moffat M003002 Convection Oven Lamp Glass is used to cover the interior light in compatible systems. It is placed above the lamp housing, permitting easy passage of light but preventing the bulb from being exposed to heat, air movement, and residues produced during use. This glass aids in keeping the inside of the cooking chamber visible, which allows one to observe without opening the door. Light clarity is usually replaced in case of surface damage, discoloration, or cracking. The better lamp glass condition ensures a stable interior light, keeps the lamp assembly intact, and ensures stable viewing conditions in the commercial operating conditions.
