Description

The Lang 2N1105032 Element is used to transform electrical energy into heat to be used in compatible cooking equipment. Internal coils are used to conduct electrical current, which generates controlled thermal output on the surface of the element to be used in cooking. During operation electricity is converted into uniform thermal energy in the coil which generates heat. It is mounted in compatible electric range or oven assemblies and installed in the cooking chamber or below the cooktop base to facilitate heating. Installed positioning will be used to provide compatibility with 208 V 36S Series cooking configurations in compatible equipment.
