The Lang 2U-71500-03 Convection Oven Blower Wheel F-6 is designed to circulate heated air evenly throughout the convection oven drawing air through the heating chamber and increasing the air flow across the cooking cavity in commercial systems. It circulates the hot air through the system many times over ensuring the air move evenly and assists to distribute heat evenly throughout the internal chamber during operation. The component is installed in the convection oven assembly near the motor and air flow to ensure that the rotation causes the air to circulate the cooking chamber and promotes uniform heat distribution within the oven interior.
