The Miroil LF301 Liquid Fryer Antioxidant 1-Liter K3 is a liquid additive that is utilized to delay the oxidation of cooking oil when it is in use. It acts by reacting with hot oil in small measured portions to react with compounds generated in repeated heating cycles. When using oil the product is simply added to the fry pot of compatible commercial deep fryers. The formulation is mixed with the cooking oil and it stays suspended as the frying process continues. It is applied in commercial foodservice kitchens where fryers are in constant use and contact with food in the course of cooking.
