The APW 69106 Limiting Thermostat 444-35 is a temperature controller designed to be used in commercial foodservice equipment to prevent overheating by discontinuing electrical power when the internal exceeds a given limit. It is fitted in the heating or control unit of the appliance, constantly checking the temperature and giving a protective cutoff to ensure internal parts do not overheat and to keep the operating constant. Service users install or replace this thermostat in applications during maintenance or repair to enable over-temperature protection to be reinstated and equipment like warmers, ovens, and other heated foodservice equipment to be operated.
