The Middleby Marshall 42400-0089 Oven Belt Kit 6 Link is a conveyor belt assembly kit which is to be used in transport assemblies. The six-link design enables the products to move in a steady fashion along the oven cavity without any spacing and direction. It is used into the conveyor structure and it communicates with the drive system to regulate the travel speed. This belt does not take up a lot of space on the inside and is usually fitted in during the regular servicing. It is designed to aid in the uniform movement by the cooking chamber to ensure conditions of process predictability when the oven is running.
