The Hatco R02.01.210.00 Low Water Cut Off is a control part that is installed in heated equipment and which monitors the lack of water and shuts down the equipment under the condition of unsafe operation. Installed in a water-containing system boiler, steamer, or boiler-like holding unit, it detects the presence or absence of water and switches off the heating element when the levels are below a secure level. This disconnection works as the water management and security system of the appliance, which assists in preventing the internal components of the part to dry fire and overheating.
