Moffat M015966 EGO Thermostat 50-260°C

The Moffat M015966 EGO Thermostat 50-260°C is a capillary-type temperature control component for temperature control of commercial cooking equipment. Uses a remote sensing bulb attached to a capillary tube to sense internal temperature and switch the heating system off/on to keep the temperature within a specified range. This thermostat is generally located inside an oven, griddle or other heated cooking appliance where accurate temperature control. When it is activated, it becomes a part of the appliance's main temperature control system it regulates power to the heating elements according to the sensed chamber temperature to provide a steady cooking temperature.
