The Market Forge 97-6367 Convection Steamer Delime Switch On/Off controls the electrical circuit used for deliming in compatible commercial equipment. It provides an on and off switching arrangement for the connected cleaning circuit. Moving the switch to the on position closes its internal contacts and permits current to reach the related circuit. Selecting off opens the contacts and interrupts the electrical path. The switch fits at the designated control panel area of the convection steamer. Its position provides direct access for selecting the required deliming setting during the equipment cleaning cycle.
