The Market Forge 976367 Convection Steamer Delime Switch On/Off selects the operating state of the delime circuit in compatible commercial equipment. The switch provides two positions, on and off, for controlling the connected electrical path. In the on position, internal contacts join the circuit and allow current to pass toward the delime system. Moving the switch to off separates the contacts and stops the electrical supply to that circuit. The switch fits within the convection steamer's control panel at the designated switch opening. Its placement allows the cycle to be selected directly from the equipment controls.
