Description

The Marshall Air 503463 Grease Filter Type-1 16 x 16 traps grease and particulates in the air caused by cooking exhaust by pushing air through its layers of mesh. Its stratified structure entraps contaminants and lets air flow through it keeping the ductwork and ventilation systems cleaner. It can be installed in a normal commercial kitchen hood or ventilation system and it can be mounted horizontally or vertically depending on the installation. The filter is usually installed in the intake part of the hood where the grease and debris are filtered out before they get into the exhaust system.
